Included in the rental agreement:
Set-up and delivery within a 30-mile radius of Perrysburg, OH. Outside of our service area a .45 cent per mile fee will be added to your invoice. Also, additional travel expenses and overnight accommodations may apply to "out of our service" area with two consecutive day rental.
For rentals within 30 miles you are guaranteed 5 hours for the set rental price, any rentals over 30 miles you are guaranteed 4 hours. If additional time is wanted there will be an extra charge of $75/hour.
With each event rented, the sponsor of this event agrees to provide a minimum of one adult or older mature teenager to facilitate each event. Onsite technicians will be present to maintain the equipment.
A $200 non-refundable deposit is due at the time of contract signing with the balance due upon arrival to event.
In case of bad weather, our technician will determine if the event should be cancelled or taken down. If events are not set up prior to cancellation, deposit will be returned. In the event that events are set-up and need to be torn down because of the weather, then entire amount of invoice will be due.
Air Extreme Ohio, LLC is fully insured through Burlington Insurance Company.
